Welcome to the HanseArt, March 16th to 18th, 2018 in Lübeck.

THE HanseArt
A place that combines artistic and commercial interests so that artists as well as galleries can exhibit  their work, to be better known as well as to sell their art.

Participants will be able to

EXHIBITORS
The HanseArt is a fair for artists to exhibit and sell their work. We accept dedicated individuals in the areas of painting, graphic, illustration, photography and sculpture.
The artists will be evaluated according to their application and the art submitted, in order to ensure that the work quality of the participants is of the highest level.
The application deadline is January 13th, 2018. The form as well as the terms and conditions can be found under our website: www.kunstmesse-hanseart.de
Galleries specializing in the above mentioned areas are also encouraged to apply.

JUDGES
The selected candidates will be informed of their participation after their work has been evaluated by a group of three judges. Enough notice will be given for the artists to prepare for the exhibit.

THE PLACE
This stunning hall, built by the famous von Gerkan, is Lübeck’s civic centre and also serves as an international convention hall. To underline the importance of Lübeck as a place where people from all over the world are welcome, the sculpture ensemble on the roof of the building, The Aliens, an exhibit by Thomas Schütte, originally presented at the documenta in Kassel, shows people who have left their homelands to look for a new beginning.

THE MUSIK- UND KONGRESSHALLEN LÜBECK (MuK)
This stunning hall, built by the famous von Gerkan, is Lübeck’s civic centre and also serves as an international convention hall. THE MuK IS SPECIAL
The modern building, opposite  the historic city centre, features a foyer of more than 1600 square meters, flooded with daylight, favorable for exhibitors and visitors alike. You will find a place, worthy of your art.

Public transportation is easily available: from the Lübeck train station you will only need a few minutes by bus to the MuK.

Road signs will direct those arriving by car. There is ample parking space.

PR - PRESS & ADDITIONAL ADVERTISING
The advertising activities will be concentrated in the areas around Lübeck and the north of Germany.

Details are as follows:

EXHIBITION DATES AND TIMES
From Friday the 16th to Sunday the 18th, MArch 2018.

A vernissage will take place on Friday from 5 to 8 pm (expected).
General Exhibition:
Saturday and Sunday from 11 am to 6 pm.

The participants must be present on the fair grounds during the exposition.

PRICES PER ARTIST

Booth rent for three days:   eight running meters   € 760.-
  nine running meters   € 855.-
  ten  running meters   € 950.-
  eleven  running meters   € 998.-

PRICES PER GALLERY

Booth rent for three days:   ten  running meters   € 1.222.-
  eleven  running meters   € 1.342.-

All prices are exclusive VAT.
Artists who rent booths larger than 9 meters can share their stand with another artist.

ENTRANCE FEE
The entrance fee per person is € 5,-
Children and students below sixteen have free access.
Guests invited by the artisits who show their invitation at the entrance will also have free access.
